What do I need for the opp day

Girls I am over excited!! WHAT DO I NEED!

I asked the same question at my pre-op yesterday and was told the following:

Pj’s (I’m a day patient but take just in case I end up staying in)
Toothpaste & toothbrush
Wipes
Deodorant
Hairbrush
Slippers
Loose clothes
Phone charger
Book
iPad
Post op bra

Imagine you are packing an overnight bag for your friends house. Make sure you have things to keep yourself entertained however your room should have a TV and free broadband.

It may be an Idea to take a note pad and pen just to help you remember things that happened/ you were told on the day or even questions you want to ask staff.

Yessss!! 9th of April!

Wow that’s super exciting!
Mine is in 6 days and I have started packing my suitcase like I am going into hospital for childbirth or something ?
I’m staying in a hotel so I have got my pillow, ice packs, straws etc…. its looking super full already! I’ll be posting about this all obsessively on my Instagram account _myapatient2019_ starting tomorrow! Looking to also follow other girls and their journey.

Take some nice cold drinks ideally flavoured water x
