what do I take with me to surgery?

hi girls 🙂 I am going for boobies on Saturday and I am so excited! Can anybody be kind enough to give me a list of what I need to take with me on the day? I would REALLY appreciate it. Thankyou 😀 x

hey Dannie, I just had mine yesterday:-)
firstly I would so recommend taking your own dressing gown as they’re ones are like cardboard and it would be nice to be more cosy and snug waiting for your opp as you can be waiting hours! I waited roughly 4 hours and my room was so cold, they did bring in a heater for me though eventually! Take your sports bra with you incase they want you to wear it after, sometimes you do sometimes you don’t (I didn’t). If you use your phone a lot bring your phone charger as last thing you want is your phone to die when your still waiting and trying to pass time or even after when people want to know how you’re doing:-)! Take some magazines maybe or anything you could be doing while you wait really! Also for your journey home take a couple of pillows for comfort and also to prevent the seatbelt rubbing/putting pressure on your new boobs! I can’t think of anything else atm probably missed important ones tryina think on the spot lol, but I hope they help for now and I will let you know of anything else I think of, I’m sure the other ladies with think of other things for you too:-)! Xxx

As i said in the private msg….but here maybe others will find it useful as well so….sports bra, zipped up hoodie, sweat pants. Just any comfortable clothes for after. I had a towel and slippers but didn’t need them. You may have to have a shower there depends on what time is your admission. Mine was 7am so had a shower at home using antibacterial shower gel and no creams after.Some girls advised to take some snack but I didn’t really have an appetite plus they give you a toast and a tea.Have some pillows ready at home and comfortable space to rest. Ohhh so that’s why my room was cold you nicked all the heat @Karolina lol;-)!
I forgot about the slippers! They were so funny! They were foam and my blanket just stuck to them haha!
The outfit you get is definitely not stylish but is a good laugh lol!
And a v pillow is definetly worth getting:-)! Xxx

thank you girls 🙂 in my bag so far is sports bras (incase) new button up pjs and some slippers, new zip up hoody (going to go home in pjs and hoody) got a v pillow.
i will take my charger and couple of magazines and some toiletries. hopefully that is everything 😀 xxx my admission is 10.30

Slippers are funny and I didn’t wear them but I loved the socks….still have them at home, apparently they are for better circulation so may wear them on my flight in less then two weeks time, I hope I will be fit enough by then….@Dannie sounds like you ready to go hun xxx
