What do implants feel like after they've settled down?

Hi all, I have a very basic question about implants generally: once all the swelling has gone down and things have settled, what do the implants feel like? Do they feel like real breasts to touch or different?

Hi ladies I’ve too been wondering this.im worried cos I’m only an A cup and have been advised 275cc ….basically cos I bearly have any breast tissue to begin with I’m worried what my implants would feel like ?? :/xx
