I had 300 HP unders and a nipple lift 6 weeks ago today. Going to see the nurse for my 6 week tomorrow morning. I’m dying to exercise, it was fine last month when the weather was a bit better and i could go for long walks and keep the weight off but now it’s cold I don’t want to be outside. Only problem is I feel like I’m gaining flab now (not weight, the number on the scales has actually gone down as my appetite has dissapeared) And my gym membership is frozen until 17th. What can I do that’s inside/safe to do at 6 weeks post op?!
Oh and I got measured at a 32DD/E..over the moon!
