What happens at your pre-op?

I have my pre op appointment tomorrow what actually happens and how long does it normally take ? Does it effect me if I’m like full of cold at the moment ? My operation isn’t till 18th January xxx

Hey. Not much to be honest, the nurse might take your blood pressure, weight etc. and maybe also bloods and then asks you to sign a form which gives them consent to contact you GP. She also goes through all the risks etc. and that’s about it. I think mine took about 30 minutes. Xx
