What happens if I don't have the money or surgery in time?

Hi! I’ve just signed an agreement to say that I’ll pay for the surgery by 21st April. What happens if I don’t have the money I need by then? Will they cancel my surgery?

I should have paid for mine when I booked as my op is within the 51 days for payment. But I asked to pay at my pre-op appointment which is next week and my PC said that was fine. The finance department called me to confirm I will still be paying on that day I said I would be and they were fine with that x
