What implants are better behind the muscle or Infront of the muscle ~ HELP

I have booked my op for 26th Jan with me traynor I haven’t seen him yet so haven’t discussed implants does anyone know what is best to get behind the muscle or under the muscle?

Depends on how much tissue you already have Hun. Girls with not much tissue go behind the muscle and girls with a bit more tissue have overs. I was given the option, but because I had quite a bit of tissue there was a risk my implant wouldn’t sit right within my own breast and i would almost have 2 boobs if that makes sense x

They both have benefits depending on your anatomy. If you have enough breast tissue then overs will probably be recommended. I was an empty 32b/c and had 450 overs yesterday x

I’d go for overs then. Obviously see what your surgeon thinks but I don’t think overs will be a problem if you’re a 32b. I have a before/after photo on my profile. I’ll add you so you can see 🙂

It’s depends on the look you want and also if what place your surgeon wants to place your implants so really we don’t get the choice but few girjs do xx

I had enough tissue and had the choice of overs or unders. I chose overs – more chance of rippling and cc apparently but unders I had a high chance of double bubble X just go with your surgeons recommendation
