What is a late space?

Hi ladies, what is a late space i heard so many talk about? X

@samanthabella as far as I’m aware it’s when there’s an op space that hasn’t been filled and then your pc contacts you a couple of weeks beforehand to see if you want it. You have to let your pc know of you’re looking to have a late space though, but you get a £ 500 discount off your op for having one! X
