what is acrina?

People told me to have it or however is it? What isit? Xx

It stops bruising when uve had operations ive taken it through bith of mine and its helped xx

I asked about this as well but the nurse I spoke to said it was up to me there’s nothing to prove it actually works so I didn’t … Don’t think it would do much if you took it now anyway babe x

I took it before the op, it never helped with my pain or swelling, or if it did god help me of what the pain would of been like!?

Is it called Arnica?.. Its a herbal remedy. I took it before and after my BA and I think it defo helped as i had hardly any bruising at all!
My nurse said alot of people found it really helped but i suppose everyone is different.
