What is bottoming out?

What is this I’m so confused when everyone is talking about this??? Is it something the surgeon has done wrong or is it part of healing process????

I’ve read up on this, it’s where the implant moves down and the scar sits above the crease and the nipple sits high. If its early after surgery its usually caused by the pocket being made too large or later on its by the weight of the implant. Xx

I would just like to add that my scars are above the crease and my boobs look like they’re where they’re supposed to be xx
