What is ‘fluffing’?

Would someone mind telling me what fluffing means post op? I keep seeing they drop and fluff? I’m booked in and just want to know what to expect. Thanks x

I’d also like to know exactly what it is! I think everyone’s told about the “dropping” part because we’re warned not to get worried that the implants sit so high immediately after surgery but I didn’t hear about “fluffing” until the other day.
From what I’ve read, it seems to be when the implant fills out the bottom of the breast properly once your tissue and muscles have adapted to it’s shape? I’ve heard it can take a couple of months for it to happen though x
