Hi Pam, high profile implants mean that they project more than low profile. If you sat a high profile implant next to a low profile one on a table, the low one would be wider and the high one would be taller. Am I explaining that ok? lol

Hi hun, high profile are more commonly used however if you have a wide breast measurement then you may need a low profile to fill that area without having to have a massive implant. What are your measurements?

i’m a empty 32C, 5’6, 7.5st, want to be a DD-E. Dr Ademo sugested 380 over and said anything bigger may ‘stick out on the side too much’ i used to be a DD so the room is there, i’d rather them be a bit bigger than smaller and be disapointed . . . . .
