What is the difference between overs and unders?

Hi Ladies,

I know I might sound really silly but what is the difference between over and unders? I am so confused by all the sizing and types of implants and where you can put them :/

Unders are the implant is placed under the muscle and overs are placed over the muscle. All depends on your breast tissue and what your surgeon thinks depending on which you have x
