what kind of things should i take to the hospital

hi, i have my op on friday, what kind of things should i take with me? And has anyone whos had their op took anything and didnt need it? so i know what not to take haha! x

I took my bag to put my clothes in, my post op bra, a book and my ipad. I was that buzzing and then that drowsy after that I didn’t need any of it – just the bra!you have a tv there and that was enough to keep me occupied while I waited – I wasn’t focusing on it really anyway haha x

Thanks Lauren, do you need a nightie or anything like that? Or do they give you a hospital gown and then straight back into your clothes you went in? x

I was the same, I took loads and used nothing, just the bra! Oh and toothbrush and facewash. I took pyjamas with me but ended up leaving their hospital gown on as it was easier for them to do their observations xxxx

They give you a hospital gown and dressing gown so no need for your own 🙂 xx
