what post op bra size do I need to get??

I am currently size 34a.
9st 6 lbs weighting and 5ft7.
Having 420cc L and 385cc R.
What sports bra size do i have to get?

Right pre op go get measured I always assumed I was 34 turns out I’m 30 band size .. Makes a diff 🙂 then whatever u measure band size get one up and maybe an extra bra in two sizes up…and I’d say get an f bra 🙂 I would recommend primark pink sports bra simple sizes they are 8-10 10-12 you will prob need 12-14 due to cup size 🙂 I got a 16-18 haha comfiest bra ever 🙂 if you m and a zip ups are a hit for the front zip 🙂 goodluck!x

No havnt seen them:( if it helps I wore an over the head one the day I had op it’s not that bad 🙂 if your unsure get one e and one f or the nic universle one from primark 🙂

Hi Coco. I got Primark ones that fasten at the back. They are £4 each and really good. You then don’t have to put them over your head. Now 2 weeks PO and just got the £3 pink one Lottie mentioned and it’s great.
I was a 32a, got 365s and found a 36D the comfiest. I bought 34D but in the first week the band was a bit tight on my scar, I can wear it really comfortably now though. My M&S one had no chance of going round me and I bought a 34D! Get cheap then you can get lots!

Macom are the best, I bought a large as was a 34B before & had 485s. The M&S one I find a bit tight in a 36E but I bought a lovky comfy one from tesco for £6 which I highly recommend! X
