okay so if you’ve read my last post i had my op yesterday, first nurse put macom bra on after an hour next nurse comes i was in bad pain, turns out it’s too small even though expandable cup size…digging into tops and side of my new boobs…. luckily had a 32E (asda) and 34F (m&s) .. E tiny, F m&s one fits (bit baggy on straps and nurse rang today and said try get another with adjustable straps instead)… now i only have this bra the one i’m wearing i’ve been into town today looking for another in debenhams and a few other places but they either don’t stock bigger than a DD or didn’t have them instore only online…

What do you think is the best post-op bra/sports bra as need to order it tonight… also what size should i order, so confused as either the asda one was a really small E or the m&s is a really large F lol.. hence why i went shopping today to try on, but failed so gonna have to order one tonight can’t live in just this one bra!!! any recommendations?? pref one which has adjustable shoulder straps like the macom ??xx

also can i take my bra off for like five mins once a night say?? it’s really tight?? thankssss xx

I’m not sure hun, my Macom was my favourite as I felt more secure, could you not just order a larger one of those? I had a lot of trouble too finding one that fit just right it’s a pain! Xx

i got a medium and small hun, she was like wth lol and then fitted me nicely in my m&s one which covers properly and now hardly any pain…, i had a cleavage and half with macom’s on lol squeezed them right in so need something different, she told me not to use macom’s as they don’t cover all my boobs, they dig in top and side squishing me together, giving me cleavage and pain lol xx

I got the post op bra from asda £8. And it’s fab. Feel quite supported but not too squashed. It straps up in front and has two levels of fastening. If your size 10 and under go for the small. Also just got the post op white bra. The straps look a bit tiny but it’s less of a sports bra and more normal looking. And with this weather I don’t want massive strap marks. Lol.

Also my nurse said it such a good bra. Great support and really good fit. And she couldn’t believe it was from asda 🙂

I don’t personally have one but the shock absorber is meant to be good. They sell it at debenhams and very have it too xx
