what size bra post op -HELP!

i am looking at post op sports bras but as they’re £25 for a good quality one from what i have seen, i only wanted to get 2 sizes maximum. does anyone know what sort of sizes would be best for someone have 300cc unders on 32bs? i was thinking D/DD but didn’t know if i would need bigger for the swelling x

I’m having my surgery in August and having 325cc HP unders starting at 32a. My consultant recommended asda zip up front sports bras and they’re only £8! I’ve heard to go up a back size due to swelling so I bought one 34D and one 34DD. They’re lovely and would wear them again for gym and things xxx

I would recommend the asda zip up ones. They’re out of stock online so check in store. That way you can buy 3 for £25 and just leave the tags on the ones you don’t use and take it back. I did get an m&s White zip up one too and that’s amazing xx

I was 32 a before and had 325 under and had 34d sports bra but it was SOOO tight si had to get 36d which fit beaut!xxx

They’re good quality too! Definitely worth getting a few for £8 keep receipts in case the size is wrong but can’t complain for the price! They had a few others to choose from too. They have more sizes online xx

Hi…I was also a 32a pre op and I had 340 unders. I’m currently wearing an Asda 34d sports bra the pink one and it’s very comfy! I have bought one of the m&s white ones for when I’m back at work coz they do look nice xx

ahh how did you feel after your unders, tracy? i am having 300cc unders in may and am a 32b so hoping for a D! i have never worn a sports bra in my life but they do look really comfy 🙂 xx

Ooh you might find you’re a dd Helen coz I was only a small a before. I’ve been ok…my first day po was a complete struggle and I could hardly do a thing but today’s defo been better! May will soon come round! xx

Ahh I couldn’t believe it when my day actually came! I ended up buying a size c, d and dd coz i wasn’t sure what size I would need. I’m happy i needed the d and not a c ? Xx

haha i can see myself doing that, going mad and buying like 4 different sizes! i am so excited, just got to get through the next 6 weeks!!! 🙂 xx

I even took them all down to theatre with me coz I didn’t know which id need and my surgeon said the nurses would pick the right one. When I woke up I said which bra am I wearing and he said they put a d on and I was like yay!!! xx

ah that might be a good idea! will save me faffing around after surgery with it because knowing me i will be a comatose state and half asleep, no co-operation while i am like that haha xx
