am a tight 38b in some bras what size Macom bra should I order im getting 695/745 implants 4-5 cups bigger aprox im told

It goes by back size. I ordered a 34 as that’s what I am usually and it fits lovely post op, is snug but not tight and could still move it on to the tighter fastening if needs be. You will be a bit swollen after surgery so if you’re a tight 38 I’d go with 40! X
