What size macom bra to get??

Iam wondering what size macom bra to get i am usually a 32b so what back size should i get cos i know the macoms mould to your boobs just need to know what the fittings are like can anyone recommend what size to get?

@Caroline some people are really swollen for a few days post-op, so if you get a Macom one band size up from you it should fit for that period. The only thing to bear in mind is that when the swelling goes down, the bra will be too loose to use anymore :/

I’ve bought 2 x Macoms in my normal band size for post-op, but will also buy 1 asda post-surgery bra to tide me through the first couple of days when Im swollen. xx

@caroline21 I bought two 32’s and asked them what size I am and they said this would be the size I need but it dug in a little under my arm pit so going to get a 34. xx

Hi Caroline. I’m 32a and I’ve bought a 32 Macom (which is super snug on my back) then 2 m&s and 1 asda one in a 34 l in different cup sizes because I just don’t know what I’ll be. Whatever I don’t use I’ll take back ?
