what size macom girls??

hys girls do you get the exact back size you are pre op for the macom or do you go one bigger for swelling, tbh I have no idea what I am as my surgeon didnt measure me just looked at me and said A cup….ive always worn 34C heavily padded bras lol so I really am only guessing my back size any advice please as im ordering one when their back in stock xxx

I got the same back size as recommended by my pc but some girls go for a bigger size. Text your pc and see what she thinks xxx

Do u kno anyone who has a tape measure so u can measure ur back? I did mine the other day and I was 33. 🙂 x

I think ive got a tape measure, do we measure our back by going directly under bust? ive never understood how to measure ourselves by the math used lol, and I was thinking of getting it one size up, I dont want 2 get the wrong size as £36 is enough to spend dont wanna have 2 get 2 bras xxx

directly under your breast will give you your back size – adding 4 inches is the old way of measuring and it fits bras wrongly. I measure 29inches under my breast so im a 30 but always been wearing a 34! I bought a Small Macom that fits 32inches so its not too tight x

Im 29 inches so bought the small as its one up and thats been great for me 🙂 The sizes are on the macom website hun so you know which to get xxx

I measure 28 inches under bust, I’ve always been a 32 so ordered the small which is 32 and it fits me perfect so comfortable I’ve not taken it off since my op on wends I’ve just tried to take it off now and it feels weird without it on so much support it gives u! So I’d get the 34 if that’s what u normally wear xx

Yeah directly under ur bust like where the bra strap goes. U need to use the inches side. If ur inbetween they say u can go for either of the two but usually best to go for the smaller one cos it gives more support. But it does depend on personal preference. I got measured and they said 32 but it digs in xx
