what size post op bra to buy with 300cc?

I’m haing 300cc, round, mod profile, dual planes next wednesday and my surgeon asked me to bring along a couple of sports bra options for post op. He said no need for a specialist post op bra or macom bra and he recommended m&s sportsbra. I’m currently a 34a so do I buy 34b, c or d? have no clue. I know I can take the ones I buy back but at £30 a bra will cost me a fortune if I buy 2 options in all sizes. Thanks.
