What size sports bra?

Having my OP on 6th Feb with Mr Traynor, I’m currently a small 34B having 525cc natrelle overs to take me to DD, I’m 5ft 9″ size 10/12.

Just wondering do I get a 34DD sports bra or go slightly bigger?

I was advised to get 1 a size up due to the swelling x

I was a 34b, had 485 natrelles & bought a 36E sports bra – I bought an M&S & a tesco & they were both snug! I bought a L macom too – defo get bigger than a DD! x

Cheers girls think ill get a 34E! x
