what size sports bra

Hey girlies, the day is getting closer…one week to go! Unsure what size bra to buy…Im having 400 tsx unders from a 32 b..what do you reckon I should get?! A 34 d, dd or e?! Xx

i had 400 tsx overs on monday from an 32 A/B and im wearing a 34 D sports bra which is fitting really well. Make sure you go up a size to 34 to allow for swelling 🙂 xx

Hi ladies, I’m confused as at my pre op the nurse said not to go up a back size just a cup size bigger than you are hoping to be! I’m having 415 partials 2 weeks today :0)

I would recommend going up a back size for swelling, mine dug in and sometimes I had to undo it for relief and I did go up a back size. Would thoroughly recommend a macom as it will adjust with you(buy normal band size). I went through so many sizes/sports bras in the first few weeks as they changed so much. I ended up buying one and still wear it now to sleep in. You get a 15% discount with the code mybreast and if you have two of them you will be sorted. I only bought sports bras again once they were settled. Am 15 weeks post op and they are now a 32ff but have worn a 32d/dd/e/f throughout my journey 🙂 xxx
