What size sports bra?

Having my op 24th September.. Having 345 high profile overs and I’m currently a 32b. Don’t necessarily wanna get the macom bra so need advice on what size sports bra to buy!

Ok. .. So maybe a 32d? It’s just really confusing because I’ve seen girls on here that have gone from 32a with smaller implant and now they’re an E x

Hi Claire can I add you! I’m having 445 xhp overs on Wednesday 🙂 I’ve heard you stay the same back size but go up a cup to what you think you’ll achieve for swelling?? I’m expecting to look a dd/e so gettin a 32e or 32f! Asda and telco do really good sports bras for like £6 or m&s do a two pack at £25 I’m going to get mine today 🙂 also I’d recommended getting high impact for the added sport xx

I didn’t want to get the macom either – so instead I got the M&S zip front hight impact bra which I think is super comfy! I had 385 and 415 round natrelle overs and bought a 36 DD and 36 E. I was a 34 B previously and I’m wearing the 36 DD (had my op yesterday).
