What size can I get from a 34aa? I’m either having 325/350/375, ideally 375cc! Also ultra high profiles! I haven’t got a clue what size sports bra to get!! Also want to get the M&S zip up sports bra but heard they’re not true sizes, do I go up from 34 to 36 or do I just go up a cup size? Surgeon said I’d probably be a D so do I get a DD sports bra? So confused! 🙁 x

I was told to get a size or two bigger because of the swelling that you will experience. The girls on here can recommend a lot of different bras. From what I have seen the most popular on here is the shock absorber. Asda also do good ones and there is also the Macom (1007) which is what I have ordered because I don’t know what my end result will be, it stretches to fit you you just need to know your back size.

I had a look at the M&S ones and they’re pretty good.

I bought a shock absorber front fastening 32dd and two zip ones size 10 from missguided… Were about the same stats although I’m a 32 and the nurse said go up a backsize due to the swelling xx

I used the m&s zip up front sports bra and it was fantastic! I was aiming for a C cup from a 30/32A so I bought a 32D to compensate for the swelling and it was fine for me 🙂 it was tight enough to give me the right support but not too right that it was uncomfortable or irritating my incisions. I stayed the same back size and went up 1 cup size but I know some people bought the £8 asda sports bras just for the first week or so until the swelling went down and them bought a more expensive one for the rest of their recovery
