What size Sports bra? Help! X

Hi girls I’m booked for surgery next Thursday I have no idea what size sports bra to buy, I’m an empty 34b atm and having 450/475cc unders hoping for a DD
Do I need to go up a back size and buy 36DD or stick with 34DD? X

If you’re buying a macom keep your back size the same, if your buying other sports bras ide go up a back size! Xxx

I’d highly recommend Macom! So worth the money. I was a 34B and had 350cc to make me a D/DD! X

Thanks girls just seen a discount code too for the macom bra, it says you dnt buy cup size as they mould to your breasts, am I looking at the right ones? Lol x
