What size sports bra should I get for post op?

How do I know what size sports bra to wear after my surgery :/ xxx

Macom they sell them online. Get a back size bigger than you are now and also use the discount code ‘mybreast’ gets you 15% discount

You don’t need a bigger back size for a macom but I wouldn’t recommend them anyway as I’ve only worn mine a handful of times so was a waste of money. Asda online do post op bras for £8 and they have a bit of padding in to hide bullet nips ha. I love mine and wear them to bed every night and whenever I wearing a top that covers it up xx

I’ve got a macom and I just use it to sleep in and I find it very comfy and can’t wait to put it on to sleep in – some girls love them and some hate them so I guess it’s down to person to person 🙂 I bought mine in the same back size. Also I got a zip up front high impact from boobydoo.com which I wear during the day which is really easy to out on being zip up and very supportive it was £20 … I think m&s do some but I haven’t personally got one. I bought a brand new macom for cheap on eBay, tbh don’t think you need a larger band size as they’re quite reasonable anyway! You could always just get a shock absorber and get a pack of bra expanders if you don’t wanna buy any bigger bras xx

I got ones from Saiunsburys, Tesco, Asda… Its better to have a few than one more expensive one, im 3 months post op nect week and i literally still wear mine for work every day. Wired bras suddenly feel really uncomfy after wearing a sports bra for so long! Mine from Sainsburys has been amazing – look at my pics! xx

Lauren any chance you could post a link for the sainsburys one please? I’ve looked but not sure which one it is or even if it’s still on there xx
