What size sports bra's should i get?

I’m having 415 and unders, and unsure what size sports bra’s i should get, also what would be the best one’s too get with good support any recommendations? 🙂

Most ladies on here either have the Marks and Spencer’s front zip up or Macom bra which is another hook up bra at the front but there are also lots of ladies that use bog standard sports bra’s from places like Tesco or Asda! It’s entirely down to preference and whatever you find most comfy and supportive! Your best bet is speak to the surgeon what size he advices as everybody is very different! Hope this helps babe xxx

Hi Dawn, i too am having 415 cc unders on Sunday. I just bought my bra today , i had to ring my lovely patient co-ordinator from the underwear department in m & s!!!! She recommended i get 36 (go up one back size) and a D and a DD. Hope this helps. I ended up buying a 36 D as they didnt have a DD, in a rather nice black with leopard print trim zip up the front. xxxx
