I’m 33″, 84cm below my boobs so 36, the nurse said probably a 38 but I wasn’t sure so I got two M&S 36 Bras, but also got a pack of those extenders to make them wider. So i’ll fit them in advance. I’m so stingy for some stupid reason my plan was well if I do this then if they are the right size I might be able to keep them after for when I go running…
Seriously i’ll have been living in them for six weeks. I’ll probably hate the sight of them and want to burn them… the weird things that go through our minds 🙂 Possibly get one of each and take them both that way you have all the bases covered.

No always get a size bigger id advise you to get a 36. My underbust measures 26 making me a 30 bra size. But I got 34 sports bra and that still felt bit tight. My surgeon told me once you have a ba to always buy bras 1 size up in future as them been too tight can cause problems. Don’t know how true that is I still wore my usual 30 after my 1st op part from 1st 6wk were I wore 34. Xx

Beckie is right you need to go up a back size. I’m wearing a 34 at the min on the loosest hooks, any tighter and it would be really uncomfortable. X

Loved that I saw this!! You need to get the macom compression bra in Medium. The great thing about these is that they are made specifically for where you got surgery AND all you need know is your underbust because the cup MOLDS to your cup. You would be a Medium but their customer service is great too. They are fabulous and loved them throughout my post op. THey aren’t itchy either which I found as a relief http://www.macom-medical.com 🙂
