What size to go?? please help

Hi ladies I went and had a first consultation today im not sure what size to go.im a 34 b size 8 and 5.1 can anyone help please or tell me what they have had or having as im gonna pay my deposit tomorrow my surgeon will be mr Singh much thanks xx
