What size will get met to a full C cup?

I know it is difficult to say and never asked my surgeon this so now I’m just wondering> Im 34AA and would like to be a full C – will 325 High profiles get me to this? Was offered either 295 or 325. Anyone maybe with similar stats that will know?

i was 36aa/a 10st 5ft 3″ before my op.

I had 340cc under and I’m a full D now. I probably look C but they look / seem just about what I wanted 😉 i think 325 would be great.

Remember a lot of people say that implants look smaller then they measure. I’ve no idea why maybe as they are higher for quite a while? Welcome to follow me and see my results I’m 5 weeks PO today and gave put up daily updates.

I’m 34aa also and was initially hoping for a D.. Not gonna happen!! The most the surgeon has offered me is 300.. He said possibly try 340 but he wouldn’t advise this as it would most likely cause rippling. He said if he was doing it for his sister, he definitely wouldn’t give her 340’s.. I’ve very little breast tissue but really want to achieve a C… Even if I don’t.. It’s gotta be better than what I’ve got now!! Xx

implants measure bigger then they look as they have a wider base then natural boobs, and project more too
if you want to look a c you have the right choices, you will prob measure up to a dd but if you just want to measure one, go smaller.
I had 380′ s from an unmeasured 32a, went to 28g/30ff but wore 32ff on the tightest hook, I looked a c due to post opportunity problems, ‘re- op with 345 mediums, and I tried on my old bras and they almost fit, I look a c again, but still have issues xx

Nicki speak to dr singh. He gave me 485overs when most other surgeons wouldn’t do more than 400 because I have weak tissue . However dr Singh has an alternative surgery where he creates a new crease an it allows a bigger implant

That’s where it gets confusing to me! Isn’t 125-150cc supposed to be the equivalent to one cup size? So in that respect you would think that 300 would take me to a C cup but I would look smaller than a C..?

Where is my Singh based? I’ve seen mr kazzazi at Leeds clinic and know he’s supposed to be really good. I don’t want to push for more if it’s gonna cause rippling / other bad results.. I’m guessing what mr Singh offers is also more expensive? Xx

I think it depends on the person I’m thinking it’s more 80-120/150 purely depending on the person some seem to go up a lot more then others. I certainly gained 3.5/4″ around my bust with 340 unders. I think it’s less than 150 especially if you have a bigger projection as they stick out further 🙂 so will measure wider

Oh right we’ll I hope so 🙂 I know they can’t be definite with a post op size but it’s nice to have an idea!! Fingers crossed!! I reckon I’ll be happy with the end result though, like I said, it’s gotta be better than what I’ve got now! Xx

Hey nicki i had 340 hp unders and started out as a 34aa after 3 children weight gain and weight loss mr Fallahadar wouldn’t give me any bigger as he said about rippling and the snoopy effect i had very little tissue im soo happy that i didn’t push for bigger as i now measure a 34 e but id say look like a d maybe go with what the surgeon as he does know best i have accepted ure request take a look at my pics xxx

Wow u have got good results haven’t u? Especially since u were 34aa to start with. Didn’t realise it was a year ago since u had it done.. Def makes me feel better about things!! Xx

Nicki with unders they do fluff as you can see from pics i started with next to nothing, and i do love them now they feel like theyve been here my whole life at first i hated them as you can see from the first lot of pics they were small but some of the older girls on here talked me through the first few months esp tina and fairy they helped me and supported me they did tell e to wait and give them time to settle and they were right and to be fair 40cc isnt a lot of difference xxx

Im wanting to achieve a full c cup too, I’m a size 8 and 5ft6 and want to be in proportion!
but its more difficult because Im having two completely different implant sizes put in, and on my smaller breast Dr Grob is making a new crease in order for the nipple to be more level as well s the implants themselves, due to having more breast tissue and droopiness on one side.
for my smaller breast and (A cup) (overs ) I’ve been offered 365, 385, 400, 450, 460, 500 a massive range of sizes!
and my bigger breast (More of a Big B cup/ empty C) Ive been offered 265.
Im waiting on booking another chat with Dr Grob as need to decide on sizes and op is 22nd January
any suggestions?
I know Marion preferred the 450 for my smaller breast as is worried about stretch marks etc.. I agree with this as don’t feel confident in going any bigger than that,
but am worried as at a glance the 265 in my bigger breast sound very small in comparison but I guess that breast is the bigger one?!

I too wanted to achiece a full c cup minimum!
I went from a 32a/aa to a 32dd/e with 300mhp unders the biggest the surgeon wud give me as i was wanting a natural look.
Everyone is soo different but definetly listen to the surgeon.

Yeah I’ve heard about this ‘fluffing’ and how the size can change for months after.. I just want to do it now lol! Xx

My 460cc took me up about 3.5 cupsizes lookwise, I measured a 32b preop looked a small b though, now look around a DD, and measurewise I have gone up 7 cupsizes. The 120-150cc per cupsizes is based on looks, cause measuring a size is kind of irrelevant, I look no were near a G cup, its just how it is. I asked to look a D/DD and thats what I got xx

Aw that’s good then, if 120-150 is based on looking a cup size, I don’t mind! Yeah I guess it is kind of irrelevant cos it only has to be u that knows ur actual cup size.. Makes sense! The most frustrating thing about this whole process is that there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach. They all look completely different on different people. My PC was telling me that she knows two identical twins who are exactly the same size all over and they both wanted to be identical after their op too but had to get completely different sizes, they couldn’t understand why. I would definitely say trust your surgeon, I went to see dr traynor and told him what I wanted to look like (small c) and he recommended a few sizes from 180(!)-265cc. For some people that wouldn’t even show but I’m very small up top so think I am going for 240cc which should balance me out nicely (hopefully!) xx

The reason been is no ops identical so they will turn out totally different also other factors that change the outcome is height, size, weight, ribcage (some peoples dip in some peoples come out), chest size, frame size, a girl with a smaller chest size/framesize more likely the implants will look larger because of a smaller frame, I’ve read the amount of scar tissue that builds also can have an effect, there’s lots to take into consideration, Surgeons can advise best but even then there’s no full guarantees cause each patient gets a different outcome xx

Thank you ladies for all the comments and advise. @heidi you got great results from the 300cc implants! Wow. Now I’m scared the 325 will be too big, but like a lot of you mentioned….everyone is different and what looks huge on someone else isn’t necessarily gonna look big on another person. @Nicki let us knw what the other surgeon says regarding the size and if u can go bigger.
