What sports bra

Hi there I’m just wondering will I need a high impact bra for post op, I’m not sure which one to buy? I’ve bought one but don’t think it’s high impact! I’m confused thanks xxx

I’m getting 2 extra high impact bras from m&s (multipack), asda ones are meant to be good too, and shock absorber ultimate run bras are excellent xox

Iv bought the macom bras and going to buy a shock absorber one after surgery as u need to get measured for it really x

As long as you’re comfortable and you feel supported you’ll be fine 🙂 xo

the ones from asda that they recommend… the smallest size you can buy is 34E
I’m a 30/32 b atm and having 325cc or 350 cc unders. I can’t imagine that 34e’s will fit post surgery!
anyone find this to be the case?xx
