I’ve got my pre-op this Saturday (16.01.16) and wanted to know a bit more about what to expect on the day, will my Patient Coordinator be there? Will I see a surgeon or a nurse?
I was hoping to pay off the rest of my money then too, so am hoping my Patient Coordinator will be there!

Can anyone please give me an overview of what happened at their pre-op? xx

My PC said she would probably be there but she wasn’t. When I saw my surgeon there was another girl from reception who came in with me . Then at the pre op with the nurse she went through my medical history really in depth n helped me answer so many questions! Told me I need to drink lots of water and eat a high protein diet two weeks before surgery. I did get swabs blood pressure and a blood test Done xx

It’s not too bad. It’s like a really sharp scratch. May ache a little after xx

I hate having my blood taken :S Mainly because of the needle – im such a wimp! Not looking forward to surgery day when I have to have a needle in the back of my hand x

I didn’t have to have blood as I’ve nothing on my medical history to test so was just my height, weight, quick run through Medical history and told me about the hospital and bra advice etc and pics x
