What to expect on the day of operation?? RHINO

Heyy beauties,

I have rhinoplasty booked for 19th June with Dr Giannas.
I was wondering what to expect the day of op for example, do you have to have further blood tests etc like the pre op appts?

Hi lovely,
I had open septo rhinoplasty with an alar base reduction with Mr Giannis on 18th April 2021!
The day of the procedure was so simple, literally go to the hospital, get changed into your hospital gown, they take your blood pressure and you have to do a i urine test to check you’re not pregnant, then wait until you go down.
Take a book tor read, I had to wait quite a while.

It’s the best decision I’ve ever made and an so happy with my results even though I’m still a bit swollen and am only 3.5 weeks post op.

4 days post op! It’s been 4 days since my rhinoplasty and I feel like my nostrils look a bit uneven and I have severe check swelling. I know this is probably normal but has anyone else had this? Does it normally subside by the time cast off day is due. Thanks xxxx

Hi everyone,

I would be so grateful if some one could reply to me, I really would as I’m rock bottom. I had my cast taken off today (6days PO) and I absolutely love the side profile and general shape of the nose. But my nostrils are completely different shapes and sizes and from the front half my tip looks higher than the other!!! Before surgery my nostrils were exactly the same size. Is this normal? I’m so so sad and just really need to speak to people who have been through it. The nurse just said to me it might be that that’s the way they are going to be. 🙁 Thank you so much xx
