What to pack in a day Hospital bag??

I literally packed a bra, a change of knickers, my phone and my charger ? That’s it. They give you socks and slippers and a gown. Xx

I was staying in a hotel overnight so took everything basically haha! If there’s anything you desperately need for overnight take that just incase, I wasn’t let out until almost midnight! Take some magazines and some dark chocolate for when you come round brings your iron back up after your op since youl have lost blood! And some comfy clothes for leaving in, nothing that goes over your head or jeans that are hard to pull up coz your arms probs won’t work ha! Good luck for your op xxx

I’m staying over but I’m taking everything haha; i have button up pyjamas, leggings , a very loose t-shirt and an over sized button up shirt (incase i can’t get the t-shirt over my head), two macom bras, an ice pack and a heat pack; wipes, fluffy socks, mints/chocolate/fizzy drink & water for after, my phone charger and plenty of magazines haha; good luck with everything, when you booked for? xxx

Hiya hun, I was a day case but took an overnight bag in case I got kept in for any reason. I didn’t get kept in afterwards but my op was delayed for 6 hrs cos of some mix up at the hospital so glad I had magazines to keep me occupied. I took 4 sports bra’s (bit overkill but I didn’t know what size I’d need! ?), dressing gown to go over the unsexy hospital gown which opens at the back, slippers, socks, spare knickers, lots to drink and lots of snacks for after, phone charger and a bit of cash in case I wanted to pay for the WiFi if I got really bored ☺. I was really thirsty after the op so glad I took some drinks, finished nearly a litre carton of juice by the time I left! Xx

Aww good luck lovely! what size you going for?
I work in boots and we sell heat/ice packs that when you break the little pod inside it activates them; I might not need them but I’ve got ice for the swelling on my chest and heat for my lower back while sleeping;
I’ve still got 20 days to go ? You’ll have to let me know how everything goes ❤️?

Heat ones, i need to find some tho lol how much are they
