What to wear post op?

I’m booked in for mid Oct and wanting to sort my wardrobe out as I don’t have any zip or button tops/dresses but don’t want to waste money either. How long will it be before I can lift my arms and put an over the head top on? I’m having under the muscle implants.

I had unders and went back to work at 7dpo where i wear an “over the head” top so it really isnt long, only the first week where you cannot move your arms up, i just lived in a post op bra and a dressing gown honestly xx
