What's partials?

I just wondered what this was haha xx

The implant is placed under the muscle xx

Is that not classed and under and over then? Or is this something elce lol xx

some people say partials are the same as unders but from what ive read up on they place its partially under your muscle, but with unders they completely under, unders and usually used in reconstruction breast surgery xx
