    What on earth of having a pc if they don’t bother to contact you back ?! I feel like since I paid last week all my emails and phone calls have fallen on deaf ears !!! Even tried ringinging upper wimpole direct today and noone answered the phone all day !!! I hope wen I turn up for my pre op on Wednesday someone is actually there!!!! I’ve seen such negativity on myas customer service I really hope I haven’t made a big mistake 🙁 xxx

    Some girls r lucky n have a great pc n experience etc…usually when the payments in the communication is lacking! X

    I can’t bare to tell you the experience I’ve had. And then they fixed it. And now I’m back to square one with my op in 5 days. Heartbroken isn’t even the word.

    It’s that clinic!! I had the same experience with upper wimple and I changed clinics and I couldn’t be happier!!! X

    I had a call from the clinic shortly after posting this and the last explained they had been short staffed today so I’m hoping that’s the case I really loved Mya out of all the companies and felt the safest so ill let you know how it goes for my pre op on Wednesday and my final consultation with Singh hopefully my mind will be put at ease xxxx

    To be honest mine is lovely … When you can get hold of her or when she replies! She’s booked my 1 week post op without confirming with me the appointment time and I have a little boy so I have to make sure someone’s about to take me and to watch him and I’ve left voicemails tried to call and text to tell her i cant make the time shes booked and nothing! I’ve got another girls number from the clinic and find I get answers from her better! (I didn’t even know my admission time until the night before! It was only a last ditch attempt to speak to her that she was able to tell me my time!!!) I feel like reminding them who the customer is?! I don’t want the relationship to become sour as so far I have had a great experience! I understand that they are busy but they should look after their customers first and foremost before their efforts are spent in trying to gain new customers at the end of the day having plastic surgery is a major thing to people and you will often make your decision of what company to use based on recommendations therefore surely it’s in their best interest to ensure that their customer care is paramount especially after the procedure?! Lol I’m still waiting for my PC to return my calls/emails/texts regarding my post op appointment! I just think its funny that the only time she has responded straight away was when there was an issue with payment (due to cyber monday’) she was straight in the phone then!! X
