whats the use!!!!

ive waited the 20 working days as asked in previous letter
just to get another sat asking me to wait longer!!! all the time im being made to wait is another day longer that I have to live with myself looking like this….I cant bear it….I get told not to worry but how can I not….this op was duppose to be a big changing life situation for me only its gone the wrong way….I appreciate that mya have contacted me..but surly this should of been sorted by now….im mean you only gotta look at the pics to see its unsatisfactory!!!!:-(
