How long do we have to wait before we can start lifting our arms and doing things again?
Is it just when you feel that you can with no pain or stretching feeling etc or is there a certain time length we have to keep everything at ‘worktop’ level for?

Dr Andrea Giannitrapani. Just to allow the pocket sufficient time to heal around the implant. Doing too much too soon can delay the healing process or even cause damage xx
