When are you allowed to stop sleeping on your back

Just wondering when everyone else was allowed to sleep in a different position other then your back 😒 after breast argumentation

I stuck it out to just under 2 weeks then slept slightly on side but still propped up If that makes sence ? I had to as the backache was a nightmare for me ! X

I’m 1 week and 5 days post op and my back is killing me it was really bad at the start then seemed fine and is now hurting more
It’s such a pain sleeping on my back in a side sleeper and miss sleeping on my side
Did it change your implants by sleeping slightly on your side or are they perfectly fine 🤞xx

They are fine I just couldn’t bare it any longer xx

I have just started to go onto my side the last few nights and have woken and found myself totally on my side at times. Hope that will be ok.
