@BEKKA. Hi hun, I’m just saying what I did I dont want you to think that what i did will be good for you, would feel awful if you got hurt!
I started just walking and built it up to 5 miles over a couple of walk, i kept busy at home on foot but tried not to left or grip to much, think it was about week 2 I started incline on a slow walk I didn’t push to much just kept it steady and went longer… week 3 was first spin class, all legs no arms at all and no gripping its really kept my weight down I’m now probably slimmer that b4 op but my legs are well toned… I try to do 3 spin legs only 3 times a week and stairmaster on a HIIT level, I’m 6 weeks on Thursday and feel good, i had 40pcc hp and they are looking amazing.
I do all leg weights on machines, no squats with weights but I do a squat and lunge routine I got on you tube, it’s great for home but the last 2 exercises are on all 4s so i give them a miss.
