When can I have a glass of wine?

I’m 5 days PO just wondering if I can have a glass yet or do they recommend to leave it longer? I haven’t seen anything about it anywhere? Xxx

Your not allowed any alcohol for 2 weeks babe!!! Then your only allowed 2 units a day up till your 6 week check up xxx

My nurse said I could have a glass or two the same night if I wanted to, just to not have too many in the first few days…. You will be fine at 5 days I’m sure , just pace yourself if you are still on Meds xx

When your anti biotics are finished you can have a glass or 2. Just don’t have loads. And be aware smoking or drinking after surgery slows the healing process and can lead to infection x

That’s true actually. I wouldn’t drink with antibiotics xxx

I drank 5 days post op on a works do, youll be fine xx
