I’m 6 months plus post op from rhino – I know I was told no sun exposure or sunbeds for a while but I can’t remember if it was 6 months on 9 months – I don’t know for sure!!
Please if anyone can help that would be fab – I’m going on hols in a few months and want to start building up a base! 🙂

I think he said 6 months when I asked, but the longer you can leave it the better, its important to put a good factor on your scar, exposure to sun makes the scars more noticable or something along those lines. Thank you for accepting the request as well, had a look at your pictures and your nose looks fab, but noticed you weren’t pleased with it right at the beginning? Are you glad you did it now? x x x

I’m sure someone told me a horror story about sunbeds on your scar gives you like cancer or something like that but I’m sure I would have been told that if it was true?
Hm wonder what I could put on my scar whilst on sunbeds and in the sun, have to find a sunblock stick or something!
Yes it’s still bothering me slightly but only because It’s so much smaller but I just want the tip to thin front on….but If you compare 5 months ago to what I look like now it’s so different I can imagine it’s going to get better in the next few months! 🙂
