When can I lay on my side ?

Hey girlies, im 3 weeks post op tomorrow and ive been laying on my back since my op. Im just wondering if any1 knows when I can lay on my side ? Xxx

Hiya, I’m 3 weeks post op tomo as well and wondering the same thing! My backs starting to ache loads from sleeping propped up!

Aww loool, my back is already messed up from sleeping on it as well. Thing is for the last couple of days my body has been trying to sleep slightly towards the side but im to paranoid to even sleep slightly turnt !! 🙁 Had my op at Highgate :D. U ? X

Oh no lol I’m surprised I haven’t woken up on my side yet tbh! I’ve seen people write tht they were sleeping on their side from 1 week! Not sure if you’re meant to though! Yeh I had mine there too with mr Kazzazi? X

iya girls im 16 days post op the last 2 mornings iv been wakeing up on my side iv read on here that some of the girls lasted 2 weeks xx

they always feel heavy when i wake up but they did when i was sleeping on my back. I cant help it though as soon as im asleep i roll onto my side lol! x

Ooo not too bad then lool. I tried it a lil it was okish but then i felt heavy and and wen i turnt back onto my back i felt weird lool cnt describe. Im paranoid that i will gt cc, distorted boobs etc 🙁 xx

i’ve been lying on my side since about week too, i found i was waking up in that position anyway so must of auto gone that way whilst asleep, i think some people say it’s when you feel comfortable too xx

Can I ask ladies as well as sleeping on back do u have to be propped u too ?
