When can I restart saxenda after surgery?

I’m 3 weeks post op from 375CC high profile round overs. before my surgery I was on saxenda for weight loss however, while I’ve been recovering I have just been eating lots of junk food and not getting out and exercising. It’s dawned on me that summer is in less than 2 months and I’d like to go back on these weight loss meds but I don’t know when I can safely do so in regards to my breast aug? I really don’t want to mess up my results.
