    I’m going back to the gym the weekend after next (counting the days!) going to start off with non Impact work but I enjoy running, when do you think I can realistically get back into it? Thanks girls x

    I am getting back not on Sunday 6th. Low intensity cardio on abide, will build it up from there and start weights 6th February 8 weeks PO

    Could we do fast walking??? I’m having BA 4th Jan, I know we can’t lift weights or run or swim for 8 weeks or so, but how about walking on a treadmill perhaps before then? x

    I’m going back in the gym 3 weeks po & intend to do the xtrainer, bike, bit of leg weights & stepper but I wondered when my boobs would take the impact of the treadmill – I guess I’ll have to see how I go, just desperate to lose this Xmas/BA weight ASAP! Thanks girls x

    I was told of my surgeon 3 months, I run everyday, but I don’t want to jepodise my result so will wait the nurse who actually put me to sleep was 8 weeks po and she had started to run again she just told me to listen to my body that will be the time when you can decide when you can run again, I’m counting down the weeks, 10 weeks on Friday till I can run, probably after 5 mins I will be out of breath will have lost my stamina, so excited to be able to run again though, hoping I will still enjoy it as much as I did before I had them, hope they don’t get in the way lol

    I’ll be back at the gym Wednesday – 3 weeks po – cant wait. Low impact stuff, legs, abs, and reckon I can do some light arm stuff. The only thing that effects me is stretching both arms up so no shoulder press for now.
    I shall listen to my body and do what I can, nothing silly.
    If this week goes well might try a short run next week.
    Was so unbelievably lucky today – walked into tkmaxx, one ShockAbsorber Run bra left, in my size, reduced to £8! Couldn’t believe it! 🙂

    Thanks ladies I really appreciate your advice. I think I’ll go back next week & see how I get on, I’m sure if I speak to a pt they’ll help me too x
