I’m 6 WPO and mine still feel heavy’ish and when go on my side my left one strains a little so I need to wear bra still day and night, I suppose it depends how you feel personally , its not aggravating me too much wearing bra at night , in fact I think I would not sleep so well without one now ! If you feel totally healed and comfortable without then maybe you are ok to do so, everyone recovers a different rates. I have read articles however that suggests a bra should be worn in bed to maintain longevity of the implant! there are even breast pillows that look so funny xx

Double check with ur actual surgeon. I was wearing a crop top to bed until six months post op when my surgeon gave me the go ahead to go braless and I had unders (plus a mini uplift) which are more supported than overs in terms of post op drooping
