When can I sleep laying flat??

I forgot to ask at my post opp appointment when I can lay flat, i was told I can shower and everything. Can anyone let me know when they could? Thanks xx

I started sleeping flat at 6 days then on my side at 15 days

You can lie flat when you feel comfortable. The nurse told me they only tell you to sleep propped up because you’re not used the extra weight on your chest and can cause difficulty breathing when asleep. x
