when can i sleep on my back?

need some good sleep?

Ive been told you should sleep upwards for two weeks!xxx

At my one week check my nurse said I was ok to sleep as I wanted. She did say I was healing really well though, so maybe thats why? x

I’m 5 days post op and sleepin upright is driving me mad! Was fine first 2 night and now I just wake up and can’t get comfy 🙁 can not wait to sleep on my back/side! X

I am only 1 day post op, cant even think of sleeping upwards for a week or more ….its so uncomfy 🙁
